Thai Yoga bodywork, a system based on the principle of energy flow, originates in India. When energy is blocked, pain is present, whether it be spiritual, emotional, or physical pain. The session is performed on a mat on the floor; this is a graceful dance of movement similar to HATHA YOGA postures to assist in the opening of the SEN Energy lines.

Effective hypnosis is a result of both the practitioner and client working together toward one common goal; the desired change. Repetition is the key to creating any change, just as repetition created the undesired behavior; it too can reverse the behavior. The main focus is to by-pass the conscious mind so that the sub-conscious mind may begin to take the action required to support change.

Anyone who does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no show and charged in full for the missed appointment.
