Whether you are working with addiction, health management goals, or trauma; repetition as well as getting to the root of each challenge takes time. When beginning your journey toward freedom, it is recommended that we work together weekly for at least 4-8 weeks. After that you may choose less frequent visits to stay on track.

Choose your option of working face to face in ZOOM or in person. Either option works just as well as the other. Only difference, working over Zoom allows us to work together when distance is too great for the in office session.
