A small refrigerator will be available in your room for any food items you wish to bring with you. A common area microwave is available for heating any foods. There are markets nearby and plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from. Wonderful hiking trails, shops, and historical Sturbridge Village if looking for activities outside of our time together.

Your Therapeutic Experience
Meet with Tina on Day 1 for two hours, Day 2 three hours, Day 3 three hours Day 4 two hours. We will begin with a conversation to address your goals and expected outcome at the close of your retreat.
All session work will be done right in your room, no traveling necessary. Therapeutic activities may also include being outdoors, please bring appropriate clothing for warmer and cooler weather.
Our sessions together are designed to support your goals. Each session may include; polarity therapy, energy work, energy education, meditation, breath work, spiritual counseling, qigong, polarity yoga, access consciousness, and more.
