Tina for a private retreat as I knew it was time. She was incredible, kind and responded immediately. The retreat was beyond expectations!

I learnt the art of meditating through different breathing techniques. We focused on healing, re-connecting to my soul and experiencing

things that cannot be experienced in our physical/ earthly self. I gained a deep knowledge and understanding of our spiritual being, reconnecting

to my inner being and soul. Post retreat, I have been elevating slowly and have never been the same. It was a new me, stronger, resilient, very connected to my soul, reconnecting to my higher self, awakening of different chakras that were not live due to life responsibilities and feeling of extraordinary levels of self-love. Tina is an elevated soul and is rare! If you have an opportunity and are a seeker, you need Tina’s guidance and knowledge in your life!

Tina is absolute gem. She is excellent at what she does. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease to present as myself. Her ability to guide you through energy work is unmatched and I was able to connect to and understand the parts of myself that need attention in order for me to live a fulfilling life. I’m very grateful for this retreat. Tina is knowledgeable, kind and powerful and my time with her truly changed the way I look at life and myself. Tina is amazing! I went on this retreat due to an overload of stress in my life and I could not function. I was looking for an individualized personal approach where I got 1:1 help. I was looking for a retreat for my daughter and I right before she went back to school after my husband passed away two weeks ago. I traveled from Brooklyn NY.

From the moment I met Tina her energy was peace . My daughter felt comfortable with her aswell. Her teachings bring you serenity and peace . She worked very well with my daughter as she enjoyed the experience as much as I did . This retreat cleared my energy and gave me the peace and disconnect I needed after the week of funeral service. The location was wonderful. Quaint and pleasant. Beautiful and spacious private room accommodation . I enjoyed ending the night with the hot tub and a cup of tea!

I googled retreats in MA, and Tina’s retreat appeared. The retreat was exactly what I needed to begin my healing. Tina is truly magical. She is very knowledgeable and kind and held space so I can begin to start my internal healing process. Her understanding of energy work helped move all this energy from all my past trauma to the surface. I felt rejuvenated after and ready to make my next step in life. I went to Tina yesterday to redeem a gift certificate from a couple years ago. She graciously honored it and gave me a designed therapy session unique to me and my current needs… I deal with trauma regularly in the healthcare field and I recently went through a difficult break up. My stress level was beginning to drain me and leave me feeling more hopeless, lost, alone, and sad.

The feeling I had (and still have) after my session… Wow. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was open since I believe in energy and healing work. I felt like the polarity therapy she offered was just what I needed to realign vibrationally to the life I desire to live. I feel more balanced, more open to love, less focused on expectations, less susceptible to negative thought patterns, more connected to my inner nature… I imagine the result is unique to each individual but this is what it feels like for me ♥️

It is hard to summarize such a confirmatory, enlightening, and life changing experience. I would also add that each of our personal paths are appreciably different and we have separate motivations for seeking out Tina and/or being led to her.
